Pet
Policy |
ALL cats and
dogs MUST be spayed or neutered, no
exceptions.
All cats must be inside only, no exceptions. |

| Some units
allow small dogs, (under 25 lb.) generally those units that have private
fenced yard space, but there are exceptions so you need to call to
verify pet policy for a specific property. A
few units allow larger dogs. |

| Most units
allow cats, no more than 2 cats per apartment. Again, there are
exceptions so you must inquire for each individual property. |

| Renting an
apartment and moving in with a pet without prior permission is grounds
for termination of the rental agreement. Adding a pet to your family
while you are a tenant must be approved in advance. No exceptions. All
pets’ waste must be disposed of no less than weekly, in appropriate
bags with ties. Tenants must comply with all applicable city ordinances.
No breeding of animals for any reason is allowed. |

any of these policies is grounds for terminating your rental agreement. |
